Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Minnesota, Maryland, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County, and San Diego). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

The SC Billing Clerk is responsible for reviewing all Service Coordination records as it pertains to activities conducted and ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and complete. The ideal candidate will be a very detailed oriented person who is able to work under pressure. This person will be responsible of verifying and posting claims into the database as well as completing electronic filing.

  • Review Service Coordination documentation for appropriate biling codes and time
  • Posting service coordination notes accurately
  • Researching and resolving issues with cases
  • Communicate with SC Supervisors to ensure all sessions are receive and able to be billed
  • Follow up with Service Coordinators to obtain corrections, when necessary
  • Process payments and reimbursements on a bi-weekly schedule
  • Electronically file SC note documation and maintain child folders with notes submitted
  • Assist during department audit and special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by manager


  • Associate’s degree
  • 2 years of related billing or data entry experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong data entry skills and computer skills, including spreadsheet, word processing programs and e-mail at a highly proficient level.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is required.
