Insurance for clinic-based ABA Therapy

Our ABA insurance program focuses on collaborating with families and the child to individualize goals to help improve the child’s life. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) create these individualized treatment plans based on interviews, observations, the child’s likes and dislikes, and strengths. The plans incorporate meaningful and functional goals that will help a child increase their independence and happiness.

Treatment is based in the natural environment, is carried out by our trained, exceptional behavior therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and is supervised closely by our BCBAs. Family meetings, themed learning activities, and small in person and virtual social skills groups are offered to our families to continue to foster growth and learning.

Our online practice management system allows for families to monitor progress instantly while also having the convenience to view session notes, invoices, and program goals. We are in-network with most major insurance companies and we offer private-pay options as well.

Our Speech Insurance Program is offered within our Melville clinic and offers 1:1 speech evaluations and treatment sessions in a fun and sanitized environment. Sessions can be booked before or after ABA therapy to have these two therapies conducted in one convenient location.
