In today’s digital world, screen time is a part of daily life for many families—including those with infants and toddlers. This workshop provides early intervention providers with practical, evidence-informed guidance on how to navigate conversations about screen use without judgment. Participants will explore the impact of screen time on language development, caregiver-child interaction, attention, and regulation. The session emphasizes a balanced, family-centered approach that meets families where they are while offering strategies to promote meaningful connection and communication—on and off the screen.
