Achieve Beyond is the leader in New Jersey for ABA therapy that is specifically tailored for children diagnosed with varying levels of autism. Serving Northern New Jersey, our therapists are experts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which is one of the most effective therapies for redirecting and encouraging positive social behaviors and verbal development in children with autism. New Jersey telehealth ABA services are also available.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically grounded approach aimed at enhancing socially significant behaviors through the principles of learning theory. ABA therapy in New Jersey centers on the strategic use of reinforcement to foster positive changes, enhancing independence and quality of life for those with developmental challenges. Established in the 1960s, this evidence-based method is renowned for effectively addressing autism-related barriers, including language development, behavioral concerns, and social skills. By analyzing behaviors in the context of antecedents (events preceding a behavior) and consequences (events following a behavior), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) craft tailored interventions that significantly enhance life quality and self-reliance.
Research has shown that ABA therapy provides varying benefits to children and adults of all ages, no matter how early they begin treatment. Some of these benefits include:
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plays a crucial role in supporting children with autism, particularly in New Jersey. This therapeutic approach is vital for teaching effective communication skills and promoting greater independence. Whether a child struggles with language development, self-care abilities, or exhibits behaviors such as self-stimulation or aggression, ABA therapy is tailored to meet individual needs for optimal results. This process involves a collaborative effort among behavior therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), caregivers, and the wider community to devise and implement strategies that adapt to the evolving needs of the child from early childhood through adulthood.
Achieve Beyond, Inc. provides ABA therapy to help children reach their full potential. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) work with the caregivers and children to assess each child’s strengths and deficits, then customize protocols that foster optimal development and learning. Every child, family, and situation is special, so the ABA therapy plan these specialists devise is comprehensive to match those needs. It is not a universal, or “one-size-fits-all”, approach to the treatment of autism. The BCBAs develop a plan of action for the child that involves his or her family and community. Achieve Beyond currently provides ABA therapy for children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder through health insurance. We are able to provide these services in your home and community and via telehealth, and some social skills groups in our Edison office. At this time, we are only able to provide ABA therapy, not any related services. Children must already have the diagnosis of Autism, as we are not able to provide the evaluation through insurance. For more information please contact our Edison office at (888) 261-1110 or njinfo@achievebeyondusa.com.
Our highly-trained Behavioral Therapists (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) work with the child on the plan designed by the BCBA in a highly-reinforcing and fun environment. They are supervised by the BCBAs and work with the family to encourage optimal learning opportunities. Some of the programs designed for children include:
To maximize effectiveness, it is crucial for children to have continual ABA therapy, particularly in New Jersey. Optimal ABA therapy programs in New Jersey address a child’s developmental needs while actively involving parents and caregivers. Through comprehensive ABA therapy, children can enhance confidence, form meaningful peer connections, learn effective self-regulation, improve communication skills, and boost academic performance.

The ABA therapy at Achieve Beyond more than assesses and prescribes treatment for a child—it recognizes the differences and specific circumstances of every child’s case. We are currently in network with most insurance plans including Aetna, United, Oxford, Cigna, Beacon, Horizon, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We also offer affordable self-pay rates if necessary. Our intake staff will verify benefits, but it is important to note that this is not a guarantee of payment from your insurance carrier.
