The Service Coordination Supervisor is responsible in ensuring that the Service Coordination Department adheres to the policies and procedures set forth by New York State, NYC Department of Health, and all governing bodies in implementation of Early Intervention Program. The SC Supervisor oversees the Service Coordinators ensuring all EI SC cases maintain the highest level of quality. The SC Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all SCs are compassionate towards families while meetings all of their work expectations.
