Achieve Beyond stands as a premier provider of Autism Services in Connecticut, offering specialized ABA therapy designed for children with different autism spectrums. Operating across Fairfield and New Haven Counties, our skilled therapists excel in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), renowned for promoting positive social skills and enhancing verbal communication in children with autism.
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) leverages learning theory principles to enhance socially valuable behaviors. This evidence-backed approach emphasizes reinforcement techniques to foster significant transformations that boost independence and life quality. Since the 1960s, ABA therapy has been extensively utilized in Autism Services in Connecticut, providing scientifically validated methods to assist children facing challenges in language development, behavior management, and social interaction. By analyzing behavior based on its antecedents (events preceding a behavior) and consequences (events following a behavior), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) craft interventions that can substantially elevate life quality and promote self-reliance.
Research has shown that ABA therapy provides varying benefits to children and adults of all ages, no matter how early they begin treatment. Some of the benefits of our CT autism services include:
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is utilized across various fields such as brain injury recovery, geriatric care, corporate settings, and behavioral health. Nonetheless, it is predominantly employed to assist children with autism. Autism Services in Connecticut emphasize ABA therapy to empower children in enhancing their communication abilities and fostering independence. This personalized approach caters to diverse challenges, whether it’s limited language proficiency, self-care struggles, repetitive behaviors (like flapping, spinning, or rocking), or aggressive tendencies. The therapy is meticulously tailored to each child’s unique needs, ensuring optimal outcomes. The success of ABA involves a collaborative effort among behavior therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), caregivers, and the community to adapt strategies to the evolving requirements of the child, from childhood through adulthood.
Achieve Beyond, Inc. provides ABA therapy to help children reach their full potential. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) work with the caregivers and children to assess each child’s strengths and deficits, then customize protocols that foster optimal development and learning. Every child, family, and situation is special, so the ABA therapy plan these specialists devise is comprehensive to match those needs. It is not a universal, or “one-size-fits-all”, approach to the treatment of autism. The BCBAs develop a plan of action for the child that involves his or her family and community. We offer in-home and community based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our well-trained behavior therapists and RBTs provide 1:1 therapy and are supervised by a BCBA, who also conducts assessments and family training. We are in-network with most insurance companies and offer private pay options. For more information on our autism services, please contact our Connecticut office at (888) 261-1110 or at ctinfo@achievebeyondusa.com.
Our highly-trained Behavioral Therapists (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) work with the child on the plan designed by the BCBA in a highly-reinforcing and fun environment. They are supervised by the BCBAs and work with the family to encourage optimal learning opportunities. Some of the programs designed for children include:
It is often recommended that a child receive consistent ABA therapeutic treatment to achieve the best outcomes. In addition, the most beneficial ABA therapy programs not only foster a child’s developmental needs, but engage parents and caretakers. When a child receives intensive ABA therapy, he or she may build confidence, form peer groups, learn healthy self-soothing, better communication, and improve academically.

When autism red flags and developmental delays occur, they can often be disconcerting to families, which is why Achieve Beyond is dedicated to educating parents, teachers, and practitioners on the best practices for treatment. The ABA therapy at Achieve Beyond more than assesses and prescribes treatment for a child—it recognizes the differences and specific circumstances of every child’s case. Achieve Beyond will follow-up with your insurance company to verify eligibility, benefits, and co-pays if applicable for our at-home and community programs. In the event that ABA services are not covered by insurance, the staff based in our New Haven office will customize therapy packages to suit your family’s needs. Please contact our New Haven office at (888) 261-1110 or at ctinfo@achievebeyondusa.com for more information.
