Taking Steps Toward a Trauma-Informed Behavior Analytic Approach

This workshop will review trauma-informed care and the importance of it to our field. During the presentation, we will review and discuss critical components that indicate whether or not a trauma-informed approach is being used and the benefits of such an approach to our clients. After attending this workshops, attendees will be able to identify key indicators in their own craft to better determine if they are providing ethical and individualized approach based on each clients specific life experiences, cultural, values as well as ensuring avoiding undue harm.
