This second of a two part training will provide general reactive strategies that may assist in de-escalating or reduce the severity of a challenging behavior so that kiddos and providers can get sessions back on track. This workshop will take a closer look at ways to effectively prompt functionally equivalent replacement behaviors and help learners communicate their needs without escalating to challenging behaviors.
