Educational Assistance Program: Section 127 Plan for candidates seeking a career in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Candidates who are reaching to or currently are: Special Educators, Social Workers, or School Psychologists.

Achieve Beyond has announced a new ABA Educational Assistance Program: Section 127 Plan! In this program, the company will sponsor an individual to go to school and obtain either their Students with Disabilities Birth-2nd grade initial or professional certification, TSSLD initial or professional certification, School Psychology degree and certificate, or Social Worker degree (must either be LMSW or LCSW) to be able to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services. In exchange, the candidate will sign an agreement that, post receipt of their SWD B-2nd grade certification, TSSLD certification, School Psychology degree with certification, or Social Work degree with certification (LMSW or LCSW), they will work for Achieve Beyond in the capacity of a full-time ABA provider. If have already completed school, Achieve Beyond will review a candidate’s educational information and certification/licensure obtained (if applicable) for school loan repayment.

The applicant must be actively enrolled in a school program, accepted to a school program, or have completed their degree to be considered.
