EI Family Activity Sheet: Family participation is a key part of all interventions. This tool from NYC EIP helps providers and caregivers agree on activities to work on during daily routines outside of the sessions. It gives the family a guide to use and mark down their feedback to discuss with the provider during sessions and determine the best course of action.
