Job Summary:

The LI EI Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of the Early Intervention service delivery across the Long Island region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain oversight of LI EI services provision and ensure adherence to company, county, and NYS Early Intervention regulations
  • Analyze, monitor, and manage system reports to ensure timely and consistent delivery of therapeutic services in compliance with IFSP authorizations
  • Analyze provider clinical fulfillment to ensure children receive services as authorized
  • Ensure services start on timely matter.
  • Work collaboratively with DOH officials, providers, families, and service coordinators to problem-solve and optimize attendance
  • Maintain clear, concise documentation in the case activity log
  • Foster a positive, collaborative provider culture consistent with Achieve Beyond’ s mission and values
  • Analyze key program metrics on a regular basis; identify trends, flag variances, and implement or recommend operational changes to address gaps and improve performance.
  • Work collaboratively with Credentialing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable departments
  • Prepare bi-weekly dashboard emails and contribute data to monthly dashboard meetings reporting on program status
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Individual Must hold a valid certification in Special Education or Masters in Social Work to ensure clinical competence
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Early Intervention Program preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and EI-related data systems

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders
Physical Requirements of the Role:
  • Must be able to travel to and from assigned work events, including driving a personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation
  • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs at work locations
  • Occasionally moves and/or lifts objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time (up to 90% of the workday) working on a computer or electronic device
  • Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information accurately in all work situations
