We are seeking a dedicated ABA Clinical Supervisor to join our Long Island team. View these exciting jobs and come join our team! The ABA Clinical Supervisor will provide quality ABA supervision and services, and assist the Clinical Director in ABA program growth and development. Supervision services will be provided throughout Nassau & Suffolk County.

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services believes that early intervention and preschool/school-aged services make a difference. Achieve Beyond provides pediatric therapy services to children and students ages 0-21, aiding each child to reach their full potential through education, therapy, and family support services in over 30 different languages. We currently offer our services in the entire metro New York area (including the five boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley and Long Island) and Albany, New Jersey, Connecticut, California (greater Los Angeles area, the greater San Francisco area, San Diego, and Orange County), Delaware, and the Virginia/ Maryland/ DC area. We offer initial screenings, parent or school consultations and comprehensive evaluations. Our professional and licensed staff is committed to serving special needs children with physical and developmental disabilities/delays. Services are provided in home, clinic, or community environments.

The ABA Clinical Supervisor oversees the daily functions of the ABA program by ensuring all teacher and child observations are conducted on a weekly basis, EI clinical workshops are provided on a monthly basis, as well as collaborates with the Case Management team to ensure ABA progress reports are clinically reviewed and submitted. In addition, the supervisor will provide quality services and aid in the development and growth of the Early Intervention ABA program.

Long Island Locations:

ABA Clinical Supervisor position available in Nassau and Suffolk Counties


  • Oversee all ABA therapist assignments and ensure all programs are adhering to the IFSP.
  • Maintaining a direct service caseload of 15 hours on a weekly basis, with 90% productivity.
  • Provide quality ABA services in accordance with program policy regulations and quality assurance
  • Submitting reports and progress notes pertaining to service delivery of children on a weekly basis.
  • Orientation of new ABA providers to the program and NYS Guidelines
  • Coordinate shadowing opportunities for new ABA therapists
  • Completion of ABA supervisions on a weekly basis
  • Supervise each teacher every two months to provide feedback and guidance as to ABA programming and child progress.
  • Supervise each child receiving ABA services at least once every four months.
  • Review treatment logs, data collection charts, program book session logs, and progress reports of the ABA providers.
  • Assisting the ABA providers by providing observational support and demonstrating techniques/ or providing co-treatment
  • Share information regarding ethical and regulatory aspects of professional practice with ABA providers
  • Availability to answer questions and provide guidance to all special educators in the EI program.
  • Monitor therapist progress, and recommend therapist for Team Leader opportunities.
  • Conduct monthly workshops, as well as the Introduction to ABA Workshop.
  • Communicate regularly with centralized EI departments (Case Management, Service Coordination, and Staffing) to assist with any clinical issues that may arise.
  • Outreach: presenting at community outreach events to promote ABA program to parents, pediatricians, health providers and educators
  • Participating in Monthly Clinical Meetings for supervisors
  • Submit Weekly Schedule to EI Operations Manager
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

ABA Clinical Supervisor Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Special Education (Birth-2 and 1-6) required.
  • Completion of the ABA competency exams (Module 1 &2, Tier 1 &2) or BCBA
  • Minimum of three years experience working as an ABA therapist in the Early Intervention Program.
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication- verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic
  • Takes initiative and can make decisions independently
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Success experience working in a high volume work environment where organizational and multi-tasking skills were essential

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
  • The ability to climb and descend staircases
  • The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
  • The ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/ or crawl for extended periods
