Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Maryland, Southern Florida, and California (greater Los Angeles), Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age.

The Evaluations Staffing Coordinator establishes and maintains a professional working relationship with all referral sources to outreach & assign the appropriate evaluators to children referred to the CPSE/ CSE and CSE Programs with the guidance provided by the Evaluation Specialist

  • Intake and assignment of CPSE/CSE referrals, assuring the referrals are accepted by evaluators and re-staffing to appropriate evaluators when needed.
  • Reaching out to the parent and explaining the process with the evaluations.
  • Coordinating with families, parents, and translators for scheduling on evaluations.
  • Troubleshooting issues pertaining to evaluations: scheduling evaluations, evaluators recommending other evaluations.
  • Updating district on cases, keeping logs and composing letters of all our attempts reaching out to parents when the evaluators are unsuccessful and sending the information to the district.
  • Following up on evaluations scheduled dates and reports needed when requested by district.
  • Keeping CLAIMS up to date with all important dates, QA notes, and any relevant important information including conversations with family or districts.
  • Obtaining current medical documents and evaluation prescriptions from child’s primary care physician.
  • Outreach to districts for availability of CPSE/CSE referrals.
  • Reaching out to new hires and finding out areas of interest, number of referrals requesting, and service area.
  • Determine needs of department based on specific evaluators needed, specific testing, translators needed, compliance of evaluators, areas.
  • Inform evaluators when they are out of compliance and send necessary forms in order to get back on track. Contact compliance on status of evaluators and any training needed/out of date.
  • Staff out all meetings to available meeting representatives
  • Add all meeting invites to the calendar
  • Input meeting results in CLAIMS.
  • Save all reports in CLAIMS and in the children’s folders


  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Psychology or any related fields)
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment in related area.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Good organizational and long-range planning skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
