Achieve Beyond, founded in 1995, is a growing national agency focused on serving children with special needs by providing autism services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and other related services. We are seeking a multi-talented content creator to lead the development and execution of social media content and strategy. This successful candidate is a skilled graphic designer and photo/video editor who has a keen understanding of how to use their skills to create and enhance a company’s social media presence. By understanding Achieve Beyond’s mission and business objectives, the Social Media Specialist will bolster our company’s exposure online in key business markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages social media metrics and provides monthly analytic findings to management with ideas/solutions for improvement
  • Implements social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, blogs, etc.) that reinforces our brand recognition and visual aesthetic
  • Partners with internal managers and departments to ensure social media content and design creation aligns with current business objectives in a timely manner
  • Engages online community members (special needs groups) to promote services offered and to increase new referrals to programs
  • Stays on top of current and emerging social media channels and presents information for opportunities for growth
  • Edits short and long videos for social media platforms and Learning Management system.
  • Creates frequent new content for social media channels
  • Develops and maintains a weekly positing schedule across various social media channels and email blasts
  • Builds and maintains relationships with vendors and social media platforms to manage positive SEO presence
  • Serves as a back-up to the Design Coordinator regarding creation of flyers, online ads, and materials for outreach purposes
  • New duties added as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Design, and/or related degree
  • 3+ year's working in an office setting on social media campaigns
  • Video Editing
  • Photo Editing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Photography experience a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Creative Suite
  • SEO experience
  • Skilled communicator and multi-tasker
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, metrics, and tracking
  • Has a passion for social media, strong communication skills, and possesses a positive can-do attitude!
