Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Maryland, Southern Florida, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County and San Diego). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

The IEP Manager is responsible for ensuring all children referred for services through CPSE and CSE receive services according to their IEPs.

  • Review all IEPs and ensure the information is accurate and appropriate.
  • Submit all required documents to service providers and families prior to start of services.
  • Contact providers to review the IEP content and ensure understanding prior to the IEP implementation when applicable.
  • Review all progress and annual review reports for clinical content and appropriateness.
  • Ensure all information entered in the database is accurate and up to date.
  • Communicate with families and providers to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Create and maintain a close relationship with all referral sources, full-time and contracted providers.
  • Monitor the department to ensure all cases are up to date and contain the required documents.
  • Conduct internal quality assurance activities
  • Remain current with all state and county regulations
  • Provide ongoing and initial trainings for CPSE service providers.
  • Directly oversee the performance of the CPSE/CSE Case Coordinator.
  • Attend IEP and IFSP meetings as needed
  • Review evaluation packets are needed
  • Communicate frequently with school districts regarding service provision and availability
  • Other duties as assigned by manger


  • Individual must hold one of the following certifications/licenses
    • Students with Disabilities (Birth – 2) Initial or Professional certification
    • Permanent Special Education certificate
    • NYS Certified School Psychologist
    • NYS Licensed Master Social Worker
  • Successful experience working in a high volume work environment where organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook a must.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking individual preferred.
