Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Maryland, Southern Florida, Delaware, Tennessee, and California (greater Los Angeles & San Francisco). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and hardworking Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. The Staffing Coordinator position requires strong communication skills and customer service. Duties and responsibilities include ensuring all children referred for services are staffed to compliant providers. The ideal candidate is one who thrives working in a goal-oriented environment and is passionate about ensuring that excellent healthcare services are provided to the children and families we serve.

  • Receive and staff all referred services from various referral sources in the Early Intervention Program.
  • Regularly monitor therapist availability
  • Communicate frequently with families, referral sources, therapists, and other professionals.
  • Communicate frequently with various departments to ensure the timely start of all services.
  • Regular reporting on department progress to the Provider Relations Specialist and Program Director.
  • Working with the Provider Relation Specialist to troubleshoot issues that may arise
  • Conduct daily outreach to increase referrals.
  • Monitor salaried therapist hours to ensure they are fully staffed with cases.
  • Follow up with newly complaint therapists to ensure they are staff on cases.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Successful experience working in a high volume work environment where multi-tasking skills are essential


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and use time efficiently
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • MS office programs, MS excel experience a plus
