Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Minnesota, Maryland, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County, and San Diego). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

Pediatric Services Program Assistant Manager will have the opportunity to work closely and provide support to our Part Time and Fully Time therapists. Pediatric Services Program Assistant Manager will assist in ensuring that rendering providers are providing their Early Intervention Service hours as mandated as well as making sure all necessary paperwork is received on a timely manner following Quality Assurance regulations.

  • New Hire orientation
  • Billing and Service Provision Training
  • Establish and Maintain a close relationship with all Full Time and Part Time therapist
  • Ensure therapist paperwork is received in a timely manner
  • Make sure paperwork is completed according to Early Intervention rules and regulations
  • Notify and keep therapist informed of all changes regarding Early Intervention regulations
  • Analyze productivity and create initiatives to increase overall LI Early Intervention productivity
  • Plan and analyze therapist needs with staffing department to present to department recruiting
  • Review therapists’ performance
  • Meet with therapists to discuss concerns and resolve issues
  • Be a resource to therapists; keeping them informed of changes that affect service provision.
  • Working closely with other departments such as Case management, Service coordination, staffing and QA department on therapists consistent issues
  • Coverage for LI Services Director as needed
  • Coverage for Staffing as needed


  • Strong typing skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word and customized databases
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • One-Three years of Experience in the Early Intervention Program
  • Bilingual Spanish Preferred
  • Solid interpersonal communication - verbal and written - skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Take initiative and be a decision maker
  • Strong analytical skills pertaining to therapist case loads and changes that need to be made
  • Successful experience working in a high volume work environment where organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential
