Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Delaware, Connecticut, Maryland, Southern Florida, and California (greater Los Angeles area, the greater San Francisco area, San Diego, and Orange County). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age. We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and hardworking Case Coordinator/ Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team in Melville.

The position involves working with two departments, Case Management and Outreach. As the Case Coordinator, you will monitor and coordinate provision of Early Intervention therapeutic services to children with developmental delays under the Case Manager’s supervision. As the Outreach Coordinator, you will educate the general public and professionals about the services Achieve Beyond provides and will create rapport with outside sources such as pediatricians, daycares, shelters, preventive programs, community programs, Women Infant and Children (WIC), Early Learning and Head Start programs, or any other location that serves individuals that may benefit from services provided by Achieve Beyond.

Case Coordinator:

  • Process newly approved service authorizations and prepare the required documents
  • Make sure providers initiate therapy in a timely manner
  • Request and obtain necessary documents, such as progress reports, prescriptions, etc
  • Maintain clear documentation in the case activity log
  • Update database and make sure it contains accurate information
  • Respond to e-mail and phone inquiries from Service Coordinators, therapists, and office staff promptly
  • Conduct parent surveys on a regular basis

Outreach Coordinator:

  • Conduct outreach in the assigned areas
  • Visit a minimum of 12 locations per day and meet monthly goals
  • Conduct presentations and workshops, attend community meetings and health fairs
  • Update online software with the number of visits and contact information on a weekly basis
  • Other duties as assigned by manager


  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and customized databases
  • EI/CPSE experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as needed
  • Fluent bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Hourly Rate- $16 per hour
