Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County, San Francisco and San Diego). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

The Staffing Manager is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of the Staffing Department. The Staffing Manager is coordinate Outreach and Intake to ensure optimal outcome is achieved from outreach efforts. The Manager will work with the team to find new and creative ways to grow the Early Intervention Program. Ensures that polices and procedures are being followed at all times. The Staffing Manager will work hand in hand with other department managers to ensure that referrals are staffed.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of company, State and County policies and procedures, as well as other applicable laws and regulations
  • Prepare, analyze and report departmental reports of current and past data trends
  • Use reports to determine recurring problems and recommend changes in procedures, standards and policies for improvement and problem resolution
  • Organize and plan team incentives while motivating staff to meet goals
  • Provide coverage for staff and staff referrals when necessary
  • Oversee all aspects of staffing including data entry and approval of referrals
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff, recommending measures to improve performance and increase efficiency
  • Development of policies and procedures and implementation of processes of the staffing department
  • Integrate the company’s goals, initiatives and relevant strategic plan objectives in all aspects of position responsibilities
  • Oversee outreach and intake to make sure that referrals are being monitored and staffed accordingly.
  • Implementing necessary Corrective Action Plans
  • Plan age outs and ensure that providers are at the capacity to provide the required hours.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in management and supervisory position preferred
  • EI experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Excellent computer skills are required as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Good organizational and long-range planning skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Please note that this role is not a remote position.
