Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Delaware, Connecticut, Maryland, Southern Florida, Tennessee and California (greater Los Angeles & San Francisco). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age. We are currently looking to hire an Community Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team.

The Outreach Coordinator/Parent Liaison is responsible for educating the general public and professionals about the services Achieve Beyond provides. Responsible of creating rapport with outside sources such as pediatricians, daycares, shelters, preventive programs, community programs, Women Infant and Children (WIC), Early Learn programs, Head Start programs, or any location which serves individuals that will benefit from services. The position requires strong communication skills and customer service. Duties and responsibilities include assisting the Forest Hills Program with administration of cases. This individual may be responsible for working with our Staffing, Case Management, Service Coordination, Outreach, Evaluations, Records, and/or Recruiting departments.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information
  • Must be able to multi-task under time constraints
  • Strong typing skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office-particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Responsible for outreaching and targeting assigned areas
  • Visiting a minimum of 12 locations per day (3 days in the field) and meeting monthly goals
  • Conducting presentations,Achieve Beyond – Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services – CA CT FL MD NJ NY VA, attending community meetings, and attending health fairs as they arise
  • Responsible for providing “sign in” sheets on a monthly basis to supervisor
  • Responsible for weekly updates of visits and contact information in an online software
  • Knowledge of Early Intervention (EI) and Committee for Pre School Education (CPSE) preferred
  • Must be organized and able to multitask.
  • Professional attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Other duties as assigned by manager


  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • EI/CPSE experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Has access to a car
  • Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
  • Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as needed.
