Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Minnesota, Maryland, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County, and San Diego). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

The Office Manager for Forest Hills is responsible for the day to day physical oversight of the NYC office inclusive of cleaning procedures, office administrative responsibilities, coordination of events, and ordering and oversight of projects for offices as needed. The Office Manager should ensure that customer service is upheld at all times.

  • Physical facility management of the Forest Hills location including maintenance of the office environment to be clean and orderly at all times, COVID-19 cleaning procedures, signage, materials, and enforcing adherence to office COVID protocols.
  • Be available outside of regular business hours when there are emergencies in NYC office
  • Responsible for Achieve Beyond offices relocation/new openings (coordination, vendor set up, work plan, and communication with office and staff).
  • Management and Back-up for Front Desk Administrator and all related office functions in office.
  • Handles all inquiries, payments and issues/refunds for training workshops and PayPal issues as well as applicable data entry and certification creation.
  • Organizes and oversees Forest Hills office events, Annual Holiday party, and yearly flu shots.
  • Inventory for marketing materials and ordering/distribution of company store items/ employee appreciation, etc.
  • Manages compliance for fire regulations including meetings and extinguisher expiration dates for all offices
  • Handles payroll time tracking for various employees bi-weekly.
  • Communicates and negotiates with office equipment vendors and supply vendors.
  • Ensures that records of supervision are updated promptly.
  • Facilitates and updates the seating/cubicles as necessary which includes movement of computers, etc.
  • Complete daily projects for various departments on as needed basis.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience working in an administrative office
  • Associates degree or relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels of the company.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Organized, goal-driven, and has great attention to detail.
  • Flexible to changes in industry and company needs.
  • Must be able be able to lift 20lbs independently and has mobility to go up and down stairs, carry office supplies, and drive as needed.
