Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Maryland, Southern Florida, Tennessee, Delaware and California (greater Los Angeles & San Francisco). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age. We are currently looking to hire an EI Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.

The EI Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining records management and assisting to ensure therapist provides sessions in accordance with the child’s IFSP.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring CPSE, CSE, and EI hard copy is up to date
  • Ensuring CPSE and CSE Evaluations e-filing is up to date
  • Ensuring EI E-filing is up to date
  • Accepting NYEIS Authorizations
  • Entering IFSP Goals from the NYEIS system into Service Enrollments
  • Receive and process all therapy notes submitted by therapists.
  • Ensuring all on-holds are corrected and follows up on pending/missing notes
  • Conducts provider initial orientations/refreshers
  • Creation of EI therapists provider emails
  • Liaison for providers and office staff
  • Monitor and maintain positive employee morale for office staff and providers
  • Follow-up with providers continuously, conduct heavy e-mail and phone contact with therapists as well as office staff.
  • Work closely with internal departments and providers to ensure services and required documentation are completed and submitted according to EI rules and regulations and received in a timely manner.
  • Provide coverage for the front desk when the receptionist is on lunch and as needed as assigned per manager
    • When receptionist is on lunch, will cover all phone calls
  • Other duties as assigned by manager


Requirements:

  • Billing experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Strong Interpersonal /Customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft excel, outlook
