Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County, and San Diego). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

Therapist Relationship Manager will have the opportunity to work closely and provide support to our Independent and Salaried providers. Therapist Relationship Manager will assist in ensuring that rendering providers are providing their EI hours as mandated as well as making sure all necessary paperwork is received on a timely manner following Quality Assurance regulations.

  • New Hire orientation
  • Billing and Service Provision Training
  • Establish and Maintain a close relationship with all Salary and fee for services providers
  • Ensure therapist paperwork is received in a timely manner
  • Make sure paperwork is completed according to EI rules and regulations
  • Notify and keep providers informed of all changes regarding EI regulations
  • Analyze productivity and create initiatives to increase overall NYC EI productivity
  • Plan and analyze therapist needs with staffing department to present to domestic recruiting
  • Review therapists’ performance in order to evaluate for rate increase
  • Review therapist performance in order to determine continued use of provider
  • Meet with providers to discuss concerns and resolve issues
  • Be a resource to therapists; keeping them informed of changes that affect service provision.
  • Working closely with other departments such as Case management, Service coordination, staffing and QA department on therapists consistent issues
  • Heavy e-mail and phone contact with therapists as well as office staff
  • Rapid response to office personnel as well as providers


  • Strong typing skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word and customized databases
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • One-Three years of Experience in the Early Intervention Program
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Solid interpersonal communication - verbal and written - skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Take initiative and be a decision maker
  • Strong analytical skills pertaining to therapist case loads and changes that need to be made
  • Successful experience working in a high volume work environment where organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential
