With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware and California (greater Los Angeles area, the greater San Francisco area, San Diego, and Orange County). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age. We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and hardworking Pediatric Therapy Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Melville, NY.

We are currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in our Melville office.

Administrative Assistant for will work on projects assigned by the supervisor. The Administrative Assistant will ensure project deadlines are met, and work closely with manager on troubleshooting through issues.

  • Strong Data Entry Skills
  • Follow up and request overdue items and missing worksheets
  • Closely monitor reports in company database
  • Complete E-filing tasks as assigned by manager
  • Document work completed in company database


  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services Related field preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in an office or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a must - particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Strong typing skills and data analytic skills
  • Be able to multi-task under time constraints
  • Attention to details to ensure accuracy of information
  • Able to effectively communicate
