Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Minnesota, Maryland, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County, and San Diego). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

The Junior Designer will be responsible for everyday marketing and design needs for all programs within company. The ideal candidate has a strong proficiency in design, typography, and layout in both digital and print media. You should have an interest in visual and marketing trends. This position will report directly to the Creative and Marketing Director and allow you the opportunity to gain multifaceted experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Creative & Marketing director on special projects
  • Design for digital ads, print marketing, social, emails communication
  • Spend dedicated time towards social media outreach
  • Execute innovative creative ideas to advance Achieve Beyond’s brand vision
  • Work closely with program managers & research new ways to streamline program needs
  • Self-organize and communicate clearly on status of ongoing work
  • Build registration, marketing campaigns and analytics for events
  • Maintenance of internal and external online training platform
  • Maintenance of website content
  • On site for all video production to bring oversight of creative vision.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Must have a BFA, preferably with concentration in Communications Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Bonus: Photography and video editing experience
  • Bonus: Experience in video editing
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, prioritize, and use time efficiently
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the department, research, and source solutions
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and close attention to detail
  • An interest in the current brand marketing and social media landscape
