Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County, San Francisco and San Diego). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and hardworking Evaluation Staffing Coordinator-Bilingual Spanish to join our growing team. The EI Evaluation Staffing Coordinator is a liaison between the evaluators, parents, Department of Health, and centralized departments to ensure evaluations are provided in accordance with authorization.

  • Call in or fax new referrals to the county
  • Intake of EI evaluations referrals from the County by phone or from the state database
  • Downloading referrals from the state database
  • Assign supplemental evaluations if required
  • Troubleshooting the evaluation process (Family contact information, difficulty scheduling with family etc.)
  • Evaluation date follow up
  • Data Entry of all new referrals into database
  • Create folders for new cases- send medical paperwork and welcome letter to parents
  • Staff evaluations with appropriate evaluation teams
  • Initial presentation and follow up phone calls to parents
  • Outside Referral tracking (report)
  • Translation for the counties, as needed.
  • Confirm planning meetings with families
  • Responsible for evaluations provider billing
  • Send medical paperwork to primary care physician
  • Request and follow up to obtain medical records
  • Collect track and file consents from evaluators
  • QA check of child file to ensure all documents are in the file upon closing
  • Follow up and enter authorization numbers in database- Items Not Ready to Bill
  • Post Billing
  • Participate in conducting outreach to outside sources to build our referral clientele. Visits will entered and tracked through a database.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager


  • TBachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Previous staffing experience a plus
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Must be organized, motivated, and willing to work as part of a team and independently
  • Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • MS office programs, MS excel experience a plus
