Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Delaware, Connecticut, Maryland, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County, the greater San Francisco area, and San Diego) Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

The EI Evaluation Staffing Coordinator establishes and maintains a professional working relationship with all referral sources. The Staffing Coordinator does outreach and assigns the appropriate evaluators to evaluate children referred to the EI Program with the guidance provided by the Evaluations Clinical Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Updates all NYEIS (New York Early Intervention System) tasks and assignments in a timely manner
  • Ensures addition of accurate information in our internal database, creating new child folders and saving initial/required paperwork
  • Responsible for strategically staffing EI referrals and ensuring evaluators schedule evaluation in a timely manner
  • Communicates with Service Coordinators and parents on the status of a referral
  • Secures an Evaluation Representative for all IFSP (Individualized Service Plan) Meetings and
  • Amendment meetings
  • Runs and analyzes reports to ensure weekly/monthly goals are met as well as on time compliance
  • Documents the follow-ups or correspondence in reference to the child’s evaluation process
  • Outreaches for referrals as needed and maintains excellent professional relationships with all referral sources and Service Coordinators
  • Responsible for reviewing/posting evaluations in internal database and submitting MDEs in NYEIS web portal
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume work environment a must
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Must be very detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Highly motivated individual with ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good at multitasking and handling high volume of cases
  • Team player
