Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Minnesota, Maryland, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County, and San Diego). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for conducting outreach to Service Coordinators to increase the number of referrals received. The individual will work on multiple referrals at a time and find the best fit provider based on the families location and needs. In addition, the individual will work with internal staff and managers to maintain and grow the boroughs assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality who is self-motivated, organized, and both goal and detail oriented.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Service Coordinators, both internally and externally
  • Record and confirm child and family information during the initial referral process and input to internal database
  • Match cases to service providers based on the families location and preferences
  • Complete data entry on a daily bases for referrals that are staffed or unable to staff
  • Conduct continuous phone follow ups for services that were previously staffed and are not yet approved
  • Proactively work on cases that require change in providers
  • Develop internal relationships with service providers in order to effectively outreach in their areas of preferences and match families according to their availability
  • Promote company availability of service provision within the NYC boroughs
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure quality of services and work
  • Provide coverage for other Staffing Coordinators and work as a team to achieve goals
  • Other duties assigned by manager


  • Experience in working in a field that requires meeting goals and timelines
  • Experience in the Early Intervention Program preferred but not necessary
  • Associates Degree or higher education
  • Moderate Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with/ability to quickly learn databases
  • Solid interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively work independently
  • Bilingual English/ Spanish speaking
