Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Maryland, Southern Florida, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles area, the greater San Francisco area, San Diego, and Orange County). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and hardworking Evaluations Clinical Manager to join our growing team. The Evaluations Clinical Manager is responsible for effectively growing the program and managing internal staff. In addition to ensuring the quality of evaluations meet the standards and timelines of Early Intervention Program ensures that policies and procedures are being followed at all times.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of, and ensure adherence to company, State and County policies and procedures, as well as other applicable laws and regulations
  • Reviewing 100% of evaluations and summaries
  • Prepare, analyze Departmental reports; analyze and determine recurring problems and recommend changes in procedures, standards and policies for quality improvement and problem resolution
  • Conduct clinical trainings for evaluators and/or staff on a monthly basis, when necessary
  • Monitor performance according to agreed standards and goals, and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the underwriting staff, recommending measures to improve performance and increase efficiency
  • Ensuring departmental monthly goals are met while maintaining compliance
  • Implementing necessary Corrective Action Plans
  • Addressing clinical questions from evaluators and/or staff
  • Integrate the company’s goals, initiatives and relevant strategic plan objectives in all aspects of position responsibilities
  • Recommend changes, prepare plans and implement projects ensuring timeliness and effective completion.
  • Development of policies and procedures and implementation of processes of the evaluation department
  • Ensure internal processes are within or exceed New York State regulatory requirements.
  • Keeping up to date on all NYS Regulations and attending outside trainings and workshops for updated information regarding policies and procedures, as well as best practice, sending with new information to evaluators and holding trainings on new information as required
  • Other duties as assigned by manager


  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or School Psychology
  • Experience in management and supervisory position in health or education field preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of the Early Intervention Program a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Good organizational and long-range planning skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent computer skills. Prior experience with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in other language is a plus, but not necessary
  • Able to work from home when necessary.
