We are seeking a dedicated ABA Clinical Supervisor to join our New York City team in Bronx and Manhattan. View these exciting jobs and come join our team! The ABA Clinical Supervisor will provide quality ABA supervision and services, and assist the Clinical Director in ABA program growth and development. Supervision services will be provided throughout the boroughs of Bronx and Manhattan.

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services believes that early intervention and preschool/school-aged services make a difference. Achieve Beyond provides pediatric therapy services to children and students ages 0-21, aiding each child to reach their full potential through education, therapy, and family support services in over 30 different languages. We currently offer our services in the entire metro New York area (including the five boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley and Long Island) and Albany, New Jersey, Minnesota, Connecticut, California (greater Los Angeles area, San Diego, and Orange County), Delaware, and the Virginia/ Maryland/ DC area. We offer initial screenings, parent or school consultations and comprehensive evaluations. Our professional and licensed staff is committed to serving special needs children with physical and developmental disabilities/delays. Services are provided in home, clinic, or community environments.

New York City Locations:

ABA Clinical Supervisor position available in Bronx and Manhattan cases


  1. Supervision and Support
    • Orienting of new ABA providers to the program and NYS guidelines
    • Assisting the ABA providers in developing and refining assessment skills/clinical management skills
    • Reviewing treatment logs, data collection charts, program book, session logs and progress reports of the ABA providers
    • Assisting the ABA providers by providing observational support and demonstrating techniques (hands-on), and/or providing co-treatment
    • Assisting the ABA providers in maintaining appropriate and accurate clinical records
    • Sharing information regarding ethical, and regulatory aspects of professional practice with ABA providers
    • Modeling and facilitating professional conduct
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of trainings with other ABA Clinical Supervisors
    • Coordinating with Clinical Director, Program Managers , to maintain database of active ABA providers
    • Assisting the Clinical Director in program growth and development as well as coordination
    • Meeting with Clinical Director to update, and resolve ABA program issues
  2. Outreach
    • Participating and presenting at community outreach EI, CPSE, CSE to promote ABA program to parents, pediatricians, health providers, and educators
    • Designing and Conducting workshops for parents, and paraprofessionals
    • Attending specialized workshops and conferences and sharing information with parents and ABA providers
  3. Quality Service Provision
    • Maintaining a ABA caseload (determined by Clinical Director)
    • Providing quality ABA services in accordance with program policy regulations and quality assurance
    • Submitting paperwork pertaining to service delivery of clients in a timely manner and according to company standards

ABA Clinical Supervisor Requirements:

  • Special Ed (Birth to Grade 2 required); OR LCSW ; or BCBA
  • Three years experience working with children ages Birth to 3 years on the autism spectrum
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Computer Proficiency; Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and Professionalism
  • Good presentation skills for conducting trainings and workshops
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Travel between cases and for workshops is required

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
  • The ability to climb and descend staircases
  • The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
  • The ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/ or crawl for extended periods
