Achieve Beyond is a growing national agency focused on serving children with special needs by providing autism services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and other related services. We are currently seeking a client relations specialist or our New York branch to provide administrative support and customer service. Our program focuses on direct individualized home-based/community Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech, Physical and Occupational therapy services to children. This person will be responsible for intake of new cases, assigning providers, verifying insurance benefits, and coordinating with families we serve. This person will also complete some marketing activities to promote the program. They will distribute materials to pediatricians, day cares, and attend targeted events.


  1. Follow intake procedure for new cases
  2. Insurance verification
  3. Assigning providers on cases
  4. Coordinating service provision with families
  5. Marketing to local referral sources such as pediatricians and daycares
  6. Attending trade events to promote the program


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with children with special needs a plus
  • Physical ability to perform duties of the position and other duties as assigned
  • Exhibit a professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
  • Must be a self-motivated team player
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • High proficiency with Microsoft suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Access to a car - events and outreach within the Long Island and NYC area
