SLP-Clinical Director



Achieve Beyond is looking for an exceptional leader with a clinical background in Speech Language Pathology to lead the growth and management of its Pediatric services. We provide Speech, Occupational, Physical and ABA services for children with special needs in the Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley and North Orange County areas. Services will be provided through regional centers, privately and through health insurances. The Clinical Director will lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of the day to day clinical operations of the program.


  1. Performs professional work designed to provide Speech therapy to families of children with developmental disabilities.
  2. Provide patient care services involving evaluation and treatment of speech/language or hearing disorders
  3. Maintain regular contact with physicians and other professionals regarding the availability of clinical services and/or educational opportunities. Promotion of clinical services and additional avenues of growth through outreach and marketing.
  4. Develop and present workshop presentations for clinician development, community awareness and parent education.
  5. Work in conjunction with Program Director to develop and establish the clinical operations.
  6. Create and implement clinic practices and procedures in regards to evaluations, therapy and monitoring of progress.
  7. Work involves developmental screening/assessment, speech therapy services and consultation with family members and other professionals working with the family.
  8. Establish and conduct clinical performance improvement activities for the program to maintain highest quality of service.
  9. Identify, research and implement latest evidence based methodologies in order to maintain the practice up to date.
  10. Participate in the Quality Assurance program of the practice.
  11. Other duties assigned by Program Director within scope of work.


  • EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology,
  • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 3 years of experience working with children in a private setting.
  • Be able to work with some degree of independence within established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines.
  • Must possess California license to practice Speech Therapy and hold ASHA Certification
  • Must possess valid driver's license
  • Must pass TB test
