Community Outreach Liaison

We are a new branch of a mid-sized national Healthcare agency providing therapy services to children throughout the DFW Metroplex. We are currently seeking a dynamic Outreach Liaison who will be responsible for developing relationships with varied referral sources in the region. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, and creative individual with the ability to develop strong relationships and think outside of the box. This position requires independent work ethic as he or she will be in the community most of the time. Travel among the DFW Metroplex is required and therefore candidate must be able to access a car daily. Healthcare marketing experience is a plus! Training will be provided for the right candidate


  1. Responsible for establishing, building, and maintaining rapport with outside referrals sources such as pediatricians, day cares, preschools, community programs, and other locations which serves children ages birth to 21.
  2. Researches potential referral sources; develops relationships with a diverse population of potential referral sources
  3. Educate and makes aware the general public and professionals about services our company offers
  4. Attend community meetings, health fairs, and puts on presentations to referral sources as the need arises


  • College degree; excellent communication
  • Healthcare marketing experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word
  • Strong organization; critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong business partnerships.​
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.​
  • Strategic and creative thinker with advance problem solving skills; self-motivated /​ takes initiative.
  • Able to take constructive directives with a perspective for the overall growth of the company;
