SALARY: $50,000 - $60,000 plus benefits

SUMMARY/ JOB OBJECTIVE:

Achieve Beyond is a growing national provider of pediatric therapy. Our main office is located in New York and we have offices in California, Texas, and Virginia. We are looking for an individual to join our management team in our continued expansion specifically in Florida (Miami region). We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, autism therapies and other related services to children with special needs.

The Office Manager will work with the National Business Developer in New York to learn about overseeing the daily operations of a program. The candidate will need to travel to NY (Queens) extensively during the training process (cost is covered). The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has managerial experience, financial responsibility, and is creative and dynamic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The general role of the Office Manager is to plan and direct the entire operations of the program. This person will undergo several months training period in the NYC office where they will learn the foundations of program operations.  This includes:

  1. Marketing
  2. Recruiting
  3. Intake of referrals
  4. Provider productivity
  5. Financial performance

The Office Manager is responsible for effectively growing the program, managing administrative and clinical staff as well as responsible for achieving the financial, quality and compliance goals established.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Windows, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to meet challenging goals and deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master's Degree is a plus
