Achieve Beyond specializes in providing therapeutic services for children ages zero to 21. Our family-centered and multilingual approach ensures that we work in partnership with parents to meet their child's needs in a supportive and nurturing environment. Achieve Beyond provides in-home and clinic based Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy services for children with developmental delays and disorders. Services are funded privately, through health insurances, or Medicaid.

The California branch of Achieve Beyond is looking to hire a qualified BCBA Program Supervisor to provide supervision in our new ABA program. Our team is constantly expanding, and we like to attract the most highly qualified professionals to our team. The right candidate will be considered for a Program Management role, which will include overseeing the ABA program and other BCBAs. The ABA Program Manager will be supervised by the California Program Director, who is a BCBA. If you feel you have the experience, knowledge and management skills to apply for the ABA Program Manager position, please mention that in your communication to us.

SUMMARY/ JOB OBJECTIVE:

BCBA will monitor in-home and clinic-based ABA services for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are starting a new ABA program in California and looking for a BCBA to grow with the company. Real potential for growth for competent and ambitious behavior analyst.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Supervision of direct staff.
  2. Ongoing and new hire training.
  3. Individualize behavior programs based on child’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA.
  4. Write quarterly progress reports.
  5. Interact with funding source contacts including insurances and regional centers.
  6. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
  7. Must be willing to travel in the Greater Los Angeles and/or North Orange County areas.
  8. Provide all required documentation of duties performed.
  9. Ideal candidate has experience with DTT, PRT and Verbal Behavior.
  10. Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland and other standardized assessments a plus.
  11. Program design, curriculum design experience a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: Must be a BCBA (strong BCaBA will be considered only for supervisor role)

EXPERIENCE: 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods. 1+year supervisory experience

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS: Supervisor will supervise 5-10 employees. Manager will supervise all ABA services.
