variety of private services for children will special needs
Achieve Beyond offers a variety of private pay programs and services that are specifically designed to meet your child’s individual needs. Providers consist of licensed/certified Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) all under guidance of highly qualified Clinical Supervisors. L.I. Traditional Tae Kwon Do offers programs that are designed to foster self confidence
and self esteem in all student age groups. We are especially proud of our individualized
programs for Children with Special Needs to help them gain self confidence and improve

When registered in one of our programs you will receive a free group family
training from Achieve Beyond and one free week of Martial Arts for your family
including a free consultation in the Martial Arts program for childrenwith Special
Needs at L.I. Traditional Tae Kwon Do.
SOCIAL SKILLS GROUP:
This group will focus on building relationships by promoting appropriate social interactions through
direct instruction and engaging activities. We encourage families to identify a “peer buddy” to
participate in the program. This could be a family member, friend, or neighbor. There is no
charge for the additional peer. 
Groups run for 6 weeks, 1 session per week for one hour

RECREATIONAL PROGRAM:
The focus of our program is to provide an accommodating environment for children to experience
successful social interactions. Utilizing theme based teaching methods, structured play activities
and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), experienced Board Certified Analysts (BCBA), Clinical
Supervisors and Special Education Teachers will give all students the opportunity to engage in
social situations, utilize communication skills and most importantly have some fun! Sessions
run for 2 hours a day.
