 Dr Trudy Font-Padron
 PhD Founder / Executive Director

 Dr Font-Padron, PhD obtained her doctorate from Vanderbilt University. She taught school psychology to
 graduate and doctoral students as a tenured professor at the City University of New York. After teaching, Dr
 Font-Padron began a private practice for assessment of children birth to five years old. The private practice
 quickly flourished into an agency, Achieve Beyond. Dr Font-Padron is a bilingual Spanish school psychologist
 who has more than thirty years of experience in the field. She currently oversees the clinical operations of
 Achieve Beyond.

 Robert Padron, MBA

 Executive Director

 Robert Padron, MBA graduated from New York University with a major in Psychology and obtained an MBA from
 Columbia University.He previously worked as an accountant and later co-founded a large chain of pet stores with
 his brother. Besides the pet business, he has farmed in diverse areas such as Nicaragua, Venezuela, and
 Tennessee. After retiring from the pet business in 2000, Mr. Padron currently manages all the business aspects of
 Achieve Beyond.

 Julia Padron, MA
 Chief Executive Officer

 Julia Padron, MA earned a Bachelor's in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and later a 
 Master's of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She began her career with Achieve
 Beyond working in Intake/Staffing, Provider Relations, and Program Management. Julia advanced to Human
 Resources Manager and ultimately to Human Resources Director. As Human Resources Director, she
 oversaw the company's Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, Clinical Supervision, Business Development,
 and National Recruiting Departments. Now as CEO, Ms Padron manages the daily operations of the entire   
 Achieve Beyond family of companies.
