Dr Trudy Font-Padron, PhD founded Achieve Beyond's sister company Bilinguals Inc. in 1995. Bilinguals Inc. was created to meet the needs of developmentally delayed and disabled children and their families, particularly children with bilingual needs.
Bilinguals Inc. had a modest beginning in a small office in Long Island. Two years later, the company expanded its presence to the five boroughs of New York City. Our first New York office consisted of a small room in a medical office building. Within one month, the staff outgrew the office space.
Dr. Font-Padron continued to operate her private assessment practice. In 2000, she began to focus on the management needs of Achieve Beyond with the help of her husband, Robert Padron, MBA. Achieve Beyond and Bilinguals Inc. grew significantly, enabling the company to aid more families and children.
The present staff now occupies the entire 8th floor of 60 Madison Avenue in Manhattan. Our family has grown to include representatives from over 45 countries. Achieve Beyond and Bilinguals Inc. now serve families and children throughout New York, California, Illinois, Connecticut, Virginia, Oklahoma and continues to grow.
