We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist who is interested in helping children Achieve Beyond in Northern Virginia / metro DC, the greater Los Angeles, California area and the greater New York metro area. As a Occupational Therapist you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of evaluations, assessments and therapy services to children from infancy through age eighteen and their families within a center-based or community environment. Knowledge of typical and atypical development, sensory integration, and intervention strategies specific to this age group as well as the ability to work collaboratively with families and team members is required
Educational/License Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience working with children ages birth through 18
- New Graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite
- Ability and interest in providing services in a variety of settings: Home, Clinic
- Must have a car and be comfortable with local travel
- Must be self-motivated, a team player and exercise patience/ professionalism at all times
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
