Achieve Beyond provides pediatric therapy and educational services to children, students and families throughout the United States including the greater Los Angeles, California (CA) area, Virginia (VA) / Maryland (MD) / DC area, the greater Dallas, Texas (TX) area, Long Island / NYC / Hudson Valley, New York (NY) region, and the state of New Jersey (NJ). We offer coordination in initial evaluations, as well as follow-up sessions and provide services in the predominant language of the patients in both home and community settings. We have part-time as well as full-time positions available.


New York – Nassau County and Queens

Job Functions:

To provide quality ABA supervision and services and assist the Clinical Director of ABA with clinical trainings

I. Supervision and Support

  • Assisting the ABA providers in developing and refining assessment skills/clinical management skills
  • Reviewing treatment logs, data collection charts, program book session logs and progress reports of the ABA providers
  • Assisting the ABA provider by providing observational support and demonstrating techniques (hands-on)/or providing co-treatment
  • Assisting the teachers in the development and maintenance of clinical records
  • Sharing information regarding ethical, and regulatory aspects of professional practice with ABA providers
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of Achieve Beyond clinical trainings with other ABA Clinical Supervisors monthly
  • Meeting with the Director of Clinical Services to update and coordinate ABA program issues as needed

II. Quality Service Provision

  • Maintaining a ABA caseload (30 direct hours weekly)
  • Separate from supervisory role, providing direct ABA services as needed to either EI/CPSE/CSE children
  • Submitting paperwork pertaining to service delivery of clients in a timely manner and according to company standards


  • Master’s Degree in (Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, Psychology)
  • NYS Students With Disabilities Birth-Grade 2 Certificate preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision while a BCBA
  • Due to age group of children served, BCBA must be available after 5pm for in-home supervision
  • Valid driver’s license to drive to and from all cases

    This is a full-time position. Salary depends on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
